نلتزم بمعالجة طلبات حذف البيانات خلال مدة أقصاها 30 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب والتحقق منه، ما لم تكن هناك ضرورة قانونية تستوجب الاحتفاظ ببعض السجلات لمدة أطول.
يمكنك أيضًا إلغاء وصول تطبيق OnClick Automation إلى حسابك مباشرة من إعدادات فيسبوك عبر الخطوات التالية:
Facebook Settings ← Business Integrations ← OnClick Automation ← Remove
يرجى ملاحظة أن إزالة التكامل توقف وصول التطبيق مستقبلًا إلى حسابك، لكنها لا تحذف تلقائيًا البيانات التي تمت معالجتها مسبقًا. لحذف تلك البيانات، يجب إرسال طلب حذف عبر البريد الإلكتروني [email protected] كما هو موضح أعلاه.

You can request deletion of the data associated with your use of OnClick Automation at any time by sending an email to:

Your message should include the following information:
We process data deletion requests within a maximum of 30 days from the date the request is received and verified, unless there is a legal requirement to retain certain records for a longer period.
You can also remove OnClick Automation's access to your account directly from your Facebook settings:
Facebook Settings → Business Integrations → OnClick Automation → Remove
Please note that removing the integration stops the application's future access to your account, but does not automatically delete data that was already processed. To delete that data, please send a deletion request to [email protected] as described above.
