OnClick Automation تطبيق مقدم من OnClick Marketing Agency، يتكامل مع منصة واتساب للأعمال (WhatsApp Business Platform) عبر Meta Cloud API، ومنصة الأتمتة n8n، ويتضمن اختياريًا وكيل ذكاء اصطناعي (AI Agent) للرد الآلي على استفسارات العملاء وأتمتة تدفقات الدعم والمراسلة.
يقر صاحب النشاط الذي يقوم بربط حسابه بالتطبيق بأنه المالك الشرعي أو المخوّل باستخدام حساب واتساب للأعمال ورقم الهاتف الذي يتم ربطه، وأنه مسؤول عن دقة البيانات المقدمة أثناء عملية الربط عبر Meta Embedded Signup.
يلتزم صاحب النشاط بالحصول على موافقة العملاء (Opt-in) قبل إرسال أي رسائل تسويقية أو ترويجية عبر واتساب، وذلك التزامًا بسياسات Meta وWhatsApp Business ومتطلبات القوانين المعمول بها.
يلتزم مستخدمو التطبيق بالامتثال الكامل لسياسات Meta وWhatsApp Business Platform، ويُمنع استخدام التطبيق لإرسال رسائل غير مرغوب فيها (Spam) أو محتوى مخالف لهذه السياسات.
يُحظر استخدام OnClick Automation في أي من الحالات التالية:
يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية الحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول الخاصة بحسابه، وأي نشاط يتم من خلاله.
عند تفعيل خاصية AI Agent، قد تحتوي الردود المولّدة آليًا على أخطاء أو معلومات غير دقيقة. لا ننصح بالاعتماد الكامل على هذه الردود في اتخاذ قرارات مهمة دون مراجعة بشرية.
تعتمد الخدمة جزئيًا على أنظمة وخدمات خارجية، منها منصات Meta وWhatsApp، ومزود خدمة الذكاء الاصطناعي عند تفعيله، ومزود الاستضافة والبنية التحتية. لذلك لا يمكننا ضمان استمرار توفر الخدمة دون انقطاع في جميع الأوقات.
جميع الحقوق المتعلقة بتطبيق OnClick Automation، بما في ذلك الكود والتصميم والعلامة التجارية، مملوكة لـ OnClick Marketing Agency، ولا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة استخدامها دون إذن كتابي مسبق.
نحتفظ بالحق في تعليق أو إنهاء وصول أي مستخدم إلى الخدمة في حال مخالفة هذه الشروط أو سياسات Meta وWhatsApp.
تُقدَّم الخدمة "كما هي" دون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية. لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة تنتج عن استخدام الخدمة، إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون.
تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسَّر وفقًا لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية.
يجوز لنا تحديث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، وسيتم تحديث تاريخ "آخر تحديث" عند إجراء أي تعديل.

By using onclick-eg.com or the OnClick Automation application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the website or the application.
OnClick Automation is an application provided by OnClick Marketing Agency that integrates with the WhatsApp Business Platform via the Meta Cloud API and the n8n automation platform, and optionally includes an AI Agent for automatically replying to customer inquiries and automating support and messaging workflows.
A business owner who connects their account to the application represents that they are the legitimate owner or authorized user of the WhatsApp Business account and phone number being connected, and is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during the Meta Embedded Signup connection process.
Business owners must obtain customer opt-in consent before sending any marketing or promotional messages via WhatsApp, in compliance with Meta and WhatsApp Business policies and applicable laws.
Users of the application must fully comply with Meta and WhatsApp Business Platform policies. Using the application to send spam or content that violates these policies is prohibited.
You may not use OnClick Automation for:
Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials confidential and for all activity conducted through their account.
When the AI Agent feature is enabled, automatically generated replies may contain errors or inaccurate information. We do not recommend relying solely on these replies for important decisions without human review.
The service partly relies on external systems and services, including the Meta and WhatsApp platforms, the AI service provider (when enabled), and our hosting and infrastructure provider. As a result, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service at all times.
All rights related to the OnClick Automation application, including its code, design, and branding, belong to OnClick Marketing Agency, and may not be copied or reused without prior written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user's access to the service in case of violation of these terms or of Meta and WhatsApp policies.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of the service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
We may update these Terms from time to time, and the "Last updated" date will be revised whenever changes are made.
