"OnClick Marketing Agency" ("نحن" أو "الشركة") هي الجهة المسؤولة عن تطوير وتشغيل تطبيق OnClick Automation، وهو تطبيق يتكامل مع منصة واتساب للأعمال (WhatsApp Business Platform) عبر واجهة Meta Cloud API، ومنصة الأتمتة n8n، ووكيل ذكاء اصطناعي (AI Agent) اختياري، لتقديم خدمات الرد الآلي ودعم العملاء لأصحاب الأنشطة التجارية.

عند تفعيل صاحب النشاط لخاصية AI Agent، قد يُرسل جزء من محتوى الرسالة إلى مقدم خدمة ذكاء اصطناعي خارجي (مثل OpenAI) بغرض توليد رد مناسب. تتم هذه العملية فقط لغرض توليد الرد، ولا نستخدم هذا المحتوى لأي غرض آخر خارج نطاق تقديم الخدمة.
قد نشارك البيانات، فقط بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة، مع:
لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية لأي طرف ثالث، ولا نستخدمها لأغراض إعلانية خارج نطاق الخدمة الموضحة في هذه السياسة.
نحتفظ بالبيانات فقط للمدة اللازمة لتقديم الخدمة، والحفاظ على أمان النظام، والوفاء بأي التزامات قانونية سارية. لا نحدد مسبقًا مدة ثابتة للاحتفاظ بجميع أنواع البيانات، ويجوز حذف البيانات أو إخفاء هويتها عند انتفاء الحاجة إليها.

قد تتم معالجة أو استضافة بعض البيانات من خلال مزودي خدمات نعتمد عليهم لتشغيل الموقع والتطبيق، بما في ذلك مزود الاستضافة ومزودو الخدمات المذكورون أعلاه، وذلك فقط بالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمة.

We do not sell personal data to any third party, and we do not use it for advertising purposes beyond the scope of the service described in this policy.
We retain data only for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain system security, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not commit to a fixed retention period for all data types in advance, and data may be deleted or anonymized once it is no longer needed.
We take reasonable measures to restrict access to data to authorized personnel within the Company, and to control access to the systems used to process messages.
Some data may be processed or hosted by service providers we rely on to operate the website and application, including our hosting provider and the service providers listed above, only to the extent necessary to provide the service.
